Can I really use SPORTMEO for free?

Yes, in the "Free" plan, there are no charges! Even if you choose "Standard" or "Premium" and do not extend the plan after the 30-day trial period, you won't pay anything, as the plan automatically switches to "Free".

Do I need to cancel my trial version in the "Standard" and "Premium" plans?

No, your SPORTMEO can be tested for free for 30 days in all plans. Until the end of the 30 days, you can decide whether you want to continue using it and order the desired plan in the settings. The demo version expires automatically after 30 days, and your SPORTMEO will be changed directly to the free plan "Free". There is NO automatic subscription.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, that is possible. You can upgrade to a different plan at any time. If you have already had a paid plan before, the previously paid fee will be automatically credited.

Are my members' data safe?

The servers are located in high-security data centers within the EU. There, the data is processed according to the strict data protection laws of the EU. In the settings of your SPORTMEO, you can also access the contract for order data processing (AVV) according to GDPR. Concerns about cloud computing often arise because data cannot be completely deleted. With us, you retain control over your data: When you delete data, it is completely removed from the database. Your data belongs to you and will not be shared by us or used commercially, for example, to evaluate course data of your participants. Unfortunately, this is not a given with other course management programs / member management apps...

What is the contract period?

The contract period is 24 months. You can delete your SPORTMEO at any time. There will be no refund of payments already made or due from the "Standard" and "Premium" plans.
